The material provided on this Site is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United Kingdom copyright and trademark law and international treaties. No refunds will be given for any customs related problem, under any circumstances.

Medical usage
LightEyez products only have suggested medical uses and are not indicative of treatment. They should not be used to treat medical problems or diagnosis or instead of medication. They are homeopathic products that can be used as an adjunct to correct scientific and medical diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. Lighteyez will take no responsibility for medical usage of its products and provides no guidance or recommendations as such.
Shipping policy:
Delivery in the UK and USA is 2-5 days
Internationally delivery is typically 1-8 days (depending on distance). Sometimes international shipments take longer [especially with USPS]. All stated delivery times are estimates. We do not use guaranteed timed services. We ship using Royal Mail and USPS (herein the Preferred shipper) and DHL.
Currently items may ship from the USA, whilst we move distribution centres in the UK. Accordingly, UK shipment will reflect times of International Shipment.

Customs restrictions and imports:
Customers are responsible for researching import and export rules, regulations and fee structures in their chosen delivery country. Lighteyez ships to any country, per a customer's request (through completing an order). Lighteyez has however done no prior research as to whether our products will encounter issues in clearance or customs, and whether there are fees to be paid. This onus for this research is entirely the customers.
Upon ordering, the customer agrees to have read and accepted FAQs and Privacy Policy herin. That they accept full personal responsibility for the importation process. In this, they agree to waive their right to hold LightEyez responsible, ask for a refund, and/or file any claim, chargeback, bank/credit card dispute or Paypal dispute related to customs-related issues. If a delivery's tracking information shows status as: 'held in customs, pending payment of charges' or 'held in customs', for all intents and purposes, this demonstrates successful delivery of the item. In continuing with an order, the customer agrees by the aforementioned, such that, in circumstances of packages being held in customs, they will consider this status as successful delivery of their order and therefore not pursue LightEyez for restitution, refund and/or demand to or file claims with their Bank, Credit Card Company or Paypal.
In circumstances where packages are returned to us due to not being picked up at customs, charges not paid or refused import, we will contact the buyer to make arrangements for redelivery to another address. In such circumstances, not due to LightEyez error, the customer may be asked to pay further shipping costs for reshipping.
We do not offer any refunds for any customs related or import issues, due to items not being able to be resold.
Lighteyez reserves the right to ship products to International destinations without labels, in order to assist with customs clearance. Lighteyez does this at it's own discretion. Lighteyez will not mark packages as Gifts, as a means to circumvent import duties.
Shipments to Spain:

Special care must be taken when ordering from Spain. Spain is the only country in Europe that requires a 'sanitary license' for the importation of cosmetics or makeup products, medicines, or anything that is used for the body. We expect that in ordering, the customer (consignee) has the appropriate sanitary license or documentation required. If you do not, We recommend using an alternative address in Europe, as this will make it easier to receive eyedrops. If you give us advanced notice, or sometimes proactively, we will mark the item and labels as LAVANDA DE ACEITE ESENCIAL /(Lavender essential Oil), in order to try and assist with clearance. 99% of the time this works, but this is not guaranteed.
Lighteyez is not liable for postage, recovery, reship or refund in the event that a package fails customs clearance in Spain or any other country, for any reason.
By completing an order with LightEyez.com you indicate you have read and fully understood what it means to import goods into Spain and have read all of the above and agree by it's contents.

Returns policy:
Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.
All orders packaged/made to order, which affect our return policy. Please read before ordering:
We accept returns of all our products if they are damaged in transit or leaking. In such instances full photographs need to be provided within 24hours of delivery. Then we will issue a replacement accordingly. We do not offer returns for refunds under any circumstances.
We do not offer refund or return of product where liquid is coming out of the top or minor leakage. We will instead provide a store credit for the amount (percentage) that has leaked. In this, we will factor in the length of time the drop has been used and the average amount of drops per bottle.
In domestic shipping, replacements of broken plastic seals will be made. If a seal is broken please email in to us at [email protected] with a photo of seal within 24hours of delivery. You will be instructed to return the broken bottle to us on the address on the mailing label. On receipt a replacement will be sent. We do not offer returns or replacements for plastic seal breakage for international items only. This is due to routine and adhoc checking of liquid packages by customs, importation departments and the carrier. In checking, broken seals are commonplace.
We do not offer returns of merchandise in the event that you decide against using the product. As we would not restock the items, as they are made to order.
We also do not accept returns of used merchandise for health and safety reasons.
All sales are final, we do not accept returns under any other circumstances.
Money Back Guarantee**:
Where indicated or specified by a customer relations representative, we offer a limited money back guarantee, on our original Ultra Drop only, under certain circumstances. In order to activate this: You must use the product for a full six months (minimum six bottles). You must use our Advanced Ultra Drop only. If you use MSM, You must use LightEyez MSM drops.. You must follow all guidelines, FAQs, storage and usage instructions on the website and bottle. There is a strong requirement to use the drops everyday [minimum 3x a day] (at a minimum of 2-3 drops per eye). You must have used at least one bottle per month (as per instructions). There must be absolutely no gaps in treatment, there must be no missed dosage. You must keep bottles to return. You are further required to have taken before and after pictures (which have the date encoded). If you require a refund, You must have followed the above. To obtain a refund, your eye colour must be exactly the same as when you started. In addition, you must either provide photographic ID as before picture. Or have someone of High Moral Character / High Community Standing (e.g. Doctor, Lawyer, Barrister or Judge etc...) to certify your photos, in order to stipulate that 'eye colour has not changed colour at all'. And you must return all of the above, as well as used dropper bottles to one of our distribution centre's. Please include contact details of picture certifier. Customer pays return P&P. This must be done before any refund is given. All refunds are minus postage costs and handling charges. All refunds must be claimed within eight months after ordering (or seven months after ordering if you start Ultra after Dec-18). Refund will be via cheque within 2-3 months of receipt. In order to have a refund processed you must have not posted anything negative, libelous or defamatory online or in media about products or LightEyez as a company. We do not provide a refund/guarantee for MSM drops or any other purchases from the store.
Core terms of guarantee:
The onus is 100% on the customers to follow the directions and FAQS and correct storage of the product -verbatim. LightEyez is not responsible for monitoring or enacting the directions or enforcing adherence to protocols. LightEyez is also not responsible in ensuring that products are used as intended. The onus of this is 100% on the customer. Any inconsistency, gaps or failure in the treatment protocol immediately invalidates the guarantee. Any failure in performing instructions, incorrect storage, periods of gaps, periods of missed dosages immediately invalidates the guarantee. [Leniency of this will be given when fault is due to LightEyez, such as missed delivery or out of stock items]. The guarantee is only applicable to one period of use (which is every day for six months) (30 days a month, every month for six months).
Disqualifying factors:
If you accept the option to or receive discounts on current or future products after your first six months, you are not eligible to apply under the guarantee. There must have be absolutely no gaps in treatment and-your usage must be concurrent and run month to month (with no missed dosages). You must use the same drops every-month and not change product types. You cannot combine products for guarantees. In addition, In order to have a refund processed you must have not posted anything negative, libelous or defamatory online or in media about products or LightEyez as a company.
Addendum, Dec 2018, Guarantee for new product Ultra X.
The Ultra X only comes with our new 'colour commitment guarantee'. This means that customers need only pay for six months of full price Ultra X product. After this point, the customer can choose to continue using Ultra X for whatever reason. In this instance, We will offer Ultra X for free (minus $22.50 handling charge per bottle + applicable shipping) once a month. *#The charge will be $30.00 from January 2020. Customer will be given a coupon code and asked to checkout with appropriate shipping flat rate option (which includes handling and shipping charges). They may also be sent an invoice to capture payments. Payments via invoice will be billed by a third party company.
Guarantee only activated in discussion with customer services staff and must be organized at end of sixth month and before seven months of starting Ultra X.

Shipping policy:
Delivery in the UK and USA is 2-5 days
Internationally delivery is typically 1-8 days (depending on distance). Sometimes international shipments take longer [especially with USPS]. All stated delivery times are estimates. We do not use guaranteed timed services. We ship using Royal Mail and USPS (herein the Preferred shipper) and DHL.
- We reserve the right to change delivery agent at our own discretion, without notifying the customer.
- We opt to use Preferred shipper if issues arise.
- All our items are sent with insurance and are fully trackable.
- If an item has not arrived after 14days (28 days international), we can declare it missing and will file a claim with the carrier. If they confirm non delivery/lost. We will happily reship your order.
- IF a delivery has the status of 'delivered', 'left in mailbox'..'Left at reception' 'Left at frontdesk', 'signed for...', 'held in customs', 'held in customs pending payment of charges' etc.... or similar or Any status advises delivered or left. We will consider this as delivered. We will therefore only assist customer in filling a claim with the carrier if they are advising different. But we would not offer refunds in these or similar circumstances
- For lost (not delivered) or damaged items, we will file a claim with the carrier and then reship the item (depending on outcome).
- We do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
Currently items may ship from the USA, whilst we move distribution centres in the UK. Accordingly, UK shipment will reflect times of International Shipment.
Packaging:
- We ship all our packages in small flat rate boxes, we secure the droppers inside one or two padded envelopes. The droppers themselves, do not come in individual boxes.
- The droppers have tamper seals.

Customs restrictions and imports:
Customers are responsible for researching import and export rules, regulations and fee structures in their chosen delivery country. Lighteyez ships to any country, per a customer's request (through completing an order). Lighteyez has however done no prior research as to whether our products will encounter issues in clearance or customs, and whether there are fees to be paid. This onus for this research is entirely the customers.
Upon ordering, the customer agrees to have read and accepted FAQs and Privacy Policy herin. That they accept full personal responsibility for the importation process. In this, they agree to waive their right to hold LightEyez responsible, ask for a refund, and/or file any claim, chargeback, bank/credit card dispute or Paypal dispute related to customs-related issues. If a delivery's tracking information shows status as: 'held in customs, pending payment of charges' or 'held in customs', for all intents and purposes, this demonstrates successful delivery of the item. In continuing with an order, the customer agrees by the aforementioned, such that, in circumstances of packages being held in customs, they will consider this status as successful delivery of their order and therefore not pursue LightEyez for restitution, refund and/or demand to or file claims with their Bank, Credit Card Company or Paypal.
In circumstances where packages are returned to us due to not being picked up at customs, charges not paid or refused import, we will contact the buyer to make arrangements for redelivery to another address. In such circumstances, not due to LightEyez error, the customer may be asked to pay further shipping costs for reshipping.
We do not offer any refunds for any customs related or import issues, due to items not being able to be resold.
Lighteyez reserves the right to ship products to International destinations without labels, in order to assist with customs clearance. Lighteyez does this at it's own discretion. Lighteyez will not mark packages as Gifts, as a means to circumvent import duties.
Shipments to Spain:

Special care must be taken when ordering from Spain. Spain is the only country in Europe that requires a 'sanitary license' for the importation of cosmetics or makeup products, medicines, or anything that is used for the body. We expect that in ordering, the customer (consignee) has the appropriate sanitary license or documentation required. If you do not, We recommend using an alternative address in Europe, as this will make it easier to receive eyedrops. If you give us advanced notice, or sometimes proactively, we will mark the item and labels as LAVANDA DE ACEITE ESENCIAL /(Lavender essential Oil), in order to try and assist with clearance. 99% of the time this works, but this is not guaranteed.
Lighteyez is not liable for postage, recovery, reship or refund in the event that a package fails customs clearance in Spain or any other country, for any reason.

Returns policy:
Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.
All orders packaged/made to order, which affect our return policy. Please read before ordering:
We accept returns of all our products if they are damaged in transit or leaking. In such instances full photographs need to be provided within 24hours of delivery. Then we will issue a replacement accordingly. We do not offer returns for refunds under any circumstances.
We do not offer refund or return of product where liquid is coming out of the top or minor leakage. We will instead provide a store credit for the amount (percentage) that has leaked. In this, we will factor in the length of time the drop has been used and the average amount of drops per bottle.
In domestic shipping, replacements of broken plastic seals will be made. If a seal is broken please email in to us at [email protected] with a photo of seal within 24hours of delivery. You will be instructed to return the broken bottle to us on the address on the mailing label. On receipt a replacement will be sent. We do not offer returns or replacements for plastic seal breakage for international items only. This is due to routine and adhoc checking of liquid packages by customs, importation departments and the carrier. In checking, broken seals are commonplace.
We do not offer returns of merchandise in the event that you decide against using the product. As we would not restock the items, as they are made to order.
We also do not accept returns of used merchandise for health and safety reasons.
All sales are final, we do not accept returns under any other circumstances.
Money Back Guarantee**:
Where indicated or specified by a customer relations representative, we offer a limited money back guarantee, on our original Ultra Drop only, under certain circumstances. In order to activate this: You must use the product for a full six months (minimum six bottles). You must use our Advanced Ultra Drop only. If you use MSM, You must use LightEyez MSM drops.. You must follow all guidelines, FAQs, storage and usage instructions on the website and bottle. There is a strong requirement to use the drops everyday [minimum 3x a day] (at a minimum of 2-3 drops per eye). You must have used at least one bottle per month (as per instructions). There must be absolutely no gaps in treatment, there must be no missed dosage. You must keep bottles to return. You are further required to have taken before and after pictures (which have the date encoded). If you require a refund, You must have followed the above. To obtain a refund, your eye colour must be exactly the same as when you started. In addition, you must either provide photographic ID as before picture. Or have someone of High Moral Character / High Community Standing (e.g. Doctor, Lawyer, Barrister or Judge etc...) to certify your photos, in order to stipulate that 'eye colour has not changed colour at all'. And you must return all of the above, as well as used dropper bottles to one of our distribution centre's. Please include contact details of picture certifier. Customer pays return P&P. This must be done before any refund is given. All refunds are minus postage costs and handling charges. All refunds must be claimed within eight months after ordering (or seven months after ordering if you start Ultra after Dec-18). Refund will be via cheque within 2-3 months of receipt. In order to have a refund processed you must have not posted anything negative, libelous or defamatory online or in media about products or LightEyez as a company. We do not provide a refund/guarantee for MSM drops or any other purchases from the store.
Core terms of guarantee:
The onus is 100% on the customers to follow the directions and FAQS and correct storage of the product -verbatim. LightEyez is not responsible for monitoring or enacting the directions or enforcing adherence to protocols. LightEyez is also not responsible in ensuring that products are used as intended. The onus of this is 100% on the customer. Any inconsistency, gaps or failure in the treatment protocol immediately invalidates the guarantee. Any failure in performing instructions, incorrect storage, periods of gaps, periods of missed dosages immediately invalidates the guarantee. [Leniency of this will be given when fault is due to LightEyez, such as missed delivery or out of stock items]. The guarantee is only applicable to one period of use (which is every day for six months) (30 days a month, every month for six months).
Disqualifying factors:
If you accept the option to or receive discounts on current or future products after your first six months, you are not eligible to apply under the guarantee. There must have be absolutely no gaps in treatment and-your usage must be concurrent and run month to month (with no missed dosages). You must use the same drops every-month and not change product types. You cannot combine products for guarantees. In addition, In order to have a refund processed you must have not posted anything negative, libelous or defamatory online or in media about products or LightEyez as a company.

The Ultra X only comes with our new 'colour commitment guarantee'. This means that customers need only pay for six months of full price Ultra X product. After this point, the customer can choose to continue using Ultra X for whatever reason. In this instance, We will offer Ultra X for free (minus $22.50 handling charge per bottle + applicable shipping) once a month. *#The charge will be $30.00 from January 2020. Customer will be given a coupon code and asked to checkout with appropriate shipping flat rate option (which includes handling and shipping charges). They may also be sent an invoice to capture payments. Payments via invoice will be billed by a third party company.

The section titles in this Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance. This Agreement may be assigned in whole or in part by Company. This Agreement may not be assigned in any manner by you without the express, prior written permission of Company. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK and London, notwithstanding any conflicts of law provisions.
