Extensive research has shown that when TPC2 releases these ions, the inside of the melanosomes change pH. This increase in pH, shuts down the enzymes that drives melanin production. TPC2 is a negative regulator of pigmentation. Further research has shown that TPC2 counterbalances OCA2, a positive regulator of pigmentation, by increasing the melanosomal membrane potential to decrease melanin content.

Can either be used on own or with AMEYEZ mask.
With the Ultra X, we recommend using 10% of the dosage for at least the first week or until such a time as the eyes have acclimatised to the product. In practice this is one drop per eye, per day (when using as a drop) or one drop per eye and one drop on each mask pad, per day (when using with AMEYEZ). This gives the eyes plenty of time to adjust to our strongest formula. After one week you can work your way up to the full dosage (increasing by 20% everyday).
- If using with AmEyez mask, Replace the pads every 1.5 months with fresh pads.
- Clean the pads with warm water and air dry once a week.
